Brussels, March 11.

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle has obtained judgment in an action for damages against an Antwerp journal for having published a novel which Sir Arthur alleged to have been plagiarized from one of his works. The newspaper has been ordered to pay a fine of 1.000£. The writer of the novel to which exception was taken is Frank, the man who was charged with the forgery of the Utrecht documents.
