CROWBOROUCH BEACON CLUB.
The Crowborough Beacon Club re-started its competitions with a very successful Easter programme. The three events were the "Verrall" Cup (Saturday); the "Moor Radford" Cup (Monday); and the "Vice-Presidents'" Cup (Tuesday). Mr. C. Macey (the Club professional), who held a Commission in the Army, has returned to his duties, and the "Greens" have been maintained in good order during the war by a small staff under the management of Mr. F. Marsh. The President of the Club in Lord Henry Nevill, and the Captain, Mr. M. C. H. Ashby. Mrs. W. A. D. Evanson is the ladies' Captain. Results:—
