From The Arthur Conan Doyle Encyclopedia
This letter was written by Arthur Conan Doyle on 30 january (1930 [1]) from Bignell Wood (Minstead, Lyndhurst, Hants), to General (Enesy [1]) about his visit to Budapest for a public lecture.
Letter
My dear General
I hasten to tell you that events have taken a turn which will prevent my coming to you for a public lecture this year. I thought I would let you know at once. It is quite possible that I might make a private visit to Buda. But that depends on circumstances.
With very best wishes
Arthur Conan Doyle.
