Played at Moreton Morrell on July 19 on Mr Garland's beautiful ground, M.C.C., after a poor start, winning easily. A. F. Soames and G. G. Hearne put on 90 for the sixth wicket. The former hit brilliantly towards the close of his innings, hitting eight 4's in succession. This was the final match of the M.C.C. tour in Warwickshire. The Club won three matches, the other two resulting in drawn games. Score:
