Scotland Yard is a logic video game developed and published by Everett Kaser on 21 november 2008 on PC/Mac.
One foggy night, the nefarious Professor Moriarty crept into Scotland Yard and buried various weapons beneath the tiles of the entry way. You never know when you might need a secret stash! But, being the evil mastermind that he is, he couldn't resist leaving clues behind. (That's one of the Rules Of Being An Evil Mastermind: you HAVE to leave clues for the Good Guys!) The infallible Sherlock Holmes is busy on another case, so YOU have been called in to figure out where everything was hidden.
Scotland Yard is a game of logic and deduction. It provides 15,000 puzzles in each of four sizes (the above is a small size 1 puzzle in a partially solved state). The goal of each puzzle is to determine the placements of images within the tiles (up to 61 different tiles on the largest puzzles). You're provided with sufficient clues (presented graphically) to determine all of the locations, using clear, cold, precise logic. Are you up to the task, or will you get buried in the Yard?
