== Plot summary ==

A mysterious cypher is tagged on several London walls. The first person who decoded the cypher is found dead a few hours later. Sherlock Holmes investigates by consulting famous artists of graffitis. He learns quickly that the town is under control by an international drug gang names The Black Lotus...
