Shinebo Won is the most celebrated criminal-catcher of his country, and has been dubbed "the Burmese Sherlock Holmes." His methods are, perhaps, not so scientific as those of [[Sir Arthur Conan Doyle]]'s famous creation; but that they are efficacious is proved by the fact that they have resulted in three thousand captures.
