Members of the family and close friends of the late Sir Arthur Conan Doyle are convinced that within the last few days they have been in communication with him. They claim to have private and indisputable proofs of this, Lady Doyle said to a ''Daily Mail'' reporter last night : <br />

"We here at Crowborough are very, very happy indeed. We know now that my husband is working just as hard behind that thin veil as ever he did on earth to help the cause. We have had two or three remarkable proofs, which are really important. My husband has promised to tell us when we can publish a definite proof that he will give us.
