I am an ardent Federatonist — indeed I dedicated my &#039;[[The White Company|White Company]]&#039; &amp; the movement. On the other hand I recognise that it must be one of slow organic growth and &lt;s&gt;not&lt;/s&gt; that the Empire is too big a thing to cut and trim into a pattern like a Dutchman&#039;s hedge.
