Dear Sir,<br />
<br />
Please express to your Council my sincere thanks for the high honour they have done me in inviting me as their guest to the Annual Dinner of the Society.<br />
<br />
I regret however that I am compelled to decline their kind invitation, as I am not accepting any public engagements at the present time. My future movements are very uncertain.<br />
