The annual week concluded on Saturday with a match against the M.C.C. From a sporting point of view the week has been extremely successful, and although the Club did not win some of their engagements the play has been very even. The arrangements were again all that could be desired, and excellent pitches were provided. The attendance throughout the week was also very fair, and the weather, as a whole, delightful — although some rain fell on Saturday and interfered somewhat with the play.
