An informal luncheon was given at the Lotus Club yesterday afternoon to Dr. A. Conan Doyle. Among those present were Edgar Saltus, J. Brisben Walker, Lloyd Bryce, Nugent Robinson, Chandos Fulton, Major J. B. Pond, J. Stoddard, Louis Benziger, Major Heap, United States Army, and J. Hay Doyle of the Royal Artillery. The club will entertain Dr. Doyle at dinner on his return from the West. <br />
