[[Frank Heine]], who was charged with the forgery of the "secret treaty," which caused a stir recently, has been ordered by an Antwerp Court to pay £30 damages <ref>The fine was 1.000 Belgian francs so around £5, not £30. While working for an Antwerp newspaper, [[Frank Heine|Heine]] wrote a serial story, which was declared to have been based on one of [[Sir Arthur Conan Doyle]]'s own stories.
