''The Adventures of Herlock Sholmes'' is a series of 101 [[Sherlock Holmes]] parodies written by [[Charles Hamilton]] (under pen name Peter Todd) from 20 november 1915 to 1961 in various magazines (''The Greyfriars Herald'', ''The Magnet Library'', ''The Gem Library'', ''Greyfriars Boys' Herald'', ''The Popular'', ''Schoolboys' Own Library''), starring the detective Herlock Sholmes and his sidekick Dr. Jotson.

Herlock Holmes lives at No. 101 Shaker Street (i.e 221 Baker Street). He takes cocaine at seven-hundred percent (i.e seven percent) ! He has a landlady Mrs. Spudson (i.e. Mrs. Hudson), an arch-ennemy, the Professor Hickorychicory (ie. Moriarty), and like in the original stories, some untold stories are mentioned like ''The Case of the Missing Dumb-Bell'', or ''The Adventure of the Prime Minister's Ear-trumpet''...

Hamilton wrote several stories inspired by [[Arthur Conan Doyle]]'s stories, like :
