''"The Lost World" above the World'' was a promotional event organized on 6 and 7 april 1925 by ''First National Pictures'' for the movie [[The Lost World (movie 1925)|The Lost World]]. Presented as the first cinematograph ever constructed in an aeroplane with a screen in the saloon on an ''Imperial Airways'' machine <ref>This was true in UK but not in the World as it was already done in US according to the 22 august 1921 issue of ''Aerial Age'' magazine where "Howdy Chicago!" was showed in flight.</ref>, the movie adapted from the [[Arthur Conan Doyle]]'s novel [[The Lost World]] was shown to a dozen happy few during a flight over London.

On 6 april, the flight was from London to Paris. And on 7 april the flight was around Croydon.
