In the movie, Douglas Fairbanks as himself introduces the scenario he created. Then we see Coke Ennyday, the ''world's greatest scientific detective'' looking like Sherlock Holmes, dealing any situations with massive absorption of cocaine which increase his energy. To help the police he discovers a contraband of opium transported with "Leaping Fishes", and the blackmail of a mysterious man who wants to marry the "fish blower" girl... At the end of the movie, the scenario editor tells Douglas that he shouldn't write more scenarios and stick to acting.<br />
