&amp;#039;&amp;#039;The St. Louis Star&amp;#039;&amp;#039; was a newspaper published in St. Louis, founded as &amp;#039;&amp;#039;The St. Louis Sunday Sayings&amp;#039;&amp;#039; in 1884, then renamed as &amp;#039;&amp;#039;The St. Louis Star-Times&amp;#039;&amp;#039;, and in 1896 renamed as &amp;#039;&amp;#039;The St. Louis Star&amp;#039;&amp;#039;. The newspaper ended in 1951 when it was purchased by the &amp;#039;&amp;#039;[[St. Louis Post-Dispatch]]&amp;#039;&amp;#039;.&lt;br /&gt;
