Sir, — The public owe you a debt of gratitude for publishing an important document like Thyssen&amp;#039;s pamphlet, which has aroused great interest in America, but has never, so far as I know, appeared in our press. It is to be hoped that our propagandists will ensure that the assertions made therein be widely circulated in India, so that our fellow-citizens in that country may realise the fate from which they have been saved by the armies of the Allies. Their utter ruin and enslavement would, as is clearly shown, have been the first fruits of victory for the Kaiser.&lt;br /&gt;
