BRUSSELS, Tuesday. — The man who forged the "secret military alliance" between France and Belgium, [[Albert Frank Heine]], has been ordered by a Court in Antwerp to pay damages of 1,000fr. to [[Sir Arthur Conan Doyle]] for plagiarising one of his stories.

[[Frank Heine|Heine]] formerly worked for an Antwerp paper which published a serial story which he wrote for it. [[Sir Arthur Conan Doyle]] took proceedings against the paper and the author.
