André Castaigne (ca. 1902)

Jean André Castaigne (1860-1929) was an important artist during the Golden Age of Illustration. French by birth, he produced paintings, and illustrations for books and magazines in both France and United States.

In 1902, he did 5 illustrations for Arthur Conan Doyle's short story The Leather Funnel.
