Arthur Twidle (1865-1936) was a British illustrator wellknown for his drawings of Conan Doyle stories after the death of Sidney Paget. He worked for The Strand Magazine but also for the Annie S. Swan's Magazine, The Red Magazine, The Girl's Own Paper...
Between 1908 and 1909, he did 156 illustrations for Arthur Conan Doyle's fictions.
