The following resignations of commissions as Deputy Lieutenants of counties are announced in last night's Gazette:— The Earl of Dalhousie, the Hon. Charles Maule Ramsay, and Mr. Claude Cathcart Strachan Carnegie, late of Tarrie, for Forfarshire ; and Sir William Chance, Bt., and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle for Surrey.
