Dawn Addams (21 september 1930 - 7 may 1985) was a British actress who played Doreen Meredith in 1955 in episode The Case of the Careless Suffragette] of the TV series Sherlock Holmes (1954-1955) with Ronald Howard as Sherlock Holmes and Howard Marion-Crawford as Dr. Watson.

In 1973, she was herself in the episode Elementary My Dear Watson of the TV series Comedy Playhouse with John Cleese as Sherlock Holmes.
