Der Hund von Baskerville is a silent German movie released from 1914 to 1920, produced by Deutsche Vitaskop production and Greenbaum-Film GmbH production, starring Alwin Neuss as Sherlock Holmes. Black & White. Standard 35mm spherical 1.37:1 format.

The movie is an adaptation of the Arthur Conan Doyle's novel : The Hound of the Baskervilles (1901).

In the movie the villain Stapleton disguises himself as Sherlock Holmes, and Sherlock Holmes disguises himself as Stapleton, and there is a scene where the two meet in each other's disguises. [1]
