Ethan Phillips

Ethan Phillips (born 8 february 1955) is an American actor best known for his role as Neelix in the Star Trek saga from 1995 to 2001.
In 1998, Ethan played Copy Boy / Meldrum / Chief a. o. in the Leonard Nimoy and John de Lancie adaptation of The Lost World, in which all the characters were played by Star Trek actors.
