Great success attended the three performances of "The Speckled Band" by the Grammar School F.P.'s Dramatic Club, both as regards attendance and financial results, and the club is to be heartily congratulated on one of the finest annual histrionic presentations it has yet given.

The utmost enthusiasm prevailed at the closing performance on Saturday night, and at an informal social gathering afterwards handsome bouquets and boxes of "bons-bons" were presented to Miss Daisy Morgan (Enid Stonor) and Miss Florence Shirras (Mrs Staunton), and silver cigarette cases to Mr W. G. Craigen (Sherlock Holmes) and Mr Harold Millar (Dr Watson), special thanks being given to Mr Millar, who, although not a Former Pupil of the Grammar School, kindly gave his assistance.
