Hodder & Stoughton Ltd. is a British publishing company founded by Matthew Hodder and Thomas Wilberforce Stoughton in 1868 on Paternoster Row, London. In 2002, Hodder Headline acquired John Murray and two years later the company was bought by Hachette Livre.
