Ivan Desny as Harvey Winthrop in TV episode The Case of the Winthrop Legend (1954)

Ivan Desny (28 december 1922 - 13 april 2002) was an actor who played Harvey Winthrop in episode The Case of the Winthrop Legend of the TV series Sherlock Holmes with Ronald Howard as Sherlock Holmes.

In 1962, he played Paul King in the movie Sherlock Holmes und das Halsband des Todes with Christopher Lee as Sherlock Holmes.

And in 1970, he was General Lassalle in movie The Adventures of Gerard with Peter McEnery as Colonel Gerard.
