This American TV commercial was produced by Brouillard Communications (Gomes-Loew) for the American Gas Association and Lennox Gas Furnaces and first aired on 8 october 1990 on CBS-TV, directed by George Gomes starring Patrick Horgan as Sherlock Holmes and Alexander Sandy Marshall as Dr. Watson. 30 seconds.

Holmes and Watson were filmed at The Explorers Club, New York City on 21 august 1990.

The commercial has also been broadcasted again in 1991, during the baseball American League and National League playoffs, and during the World Series, and in 1992 for the Winter Olympics.
