This American TV commercial was produced by ''Brouillard Communications'' (Gomes-Loew) for the ''American Gas Association'' and ''Lennox Gas Furnaces'' and first aired on 8 october 1990 on CBS-TV, directed by [[George Gomes]] starring [[Patrick Horgan]] as [[Sherlock Holmes]] and [[Alexander Sandy Marshall]] as [[Dr. Watson]]. 30 seconds.

Holmes and Watson were filmed at ''The Explorers Club'', New York City on 21 august 1990.

The commercial has also been broadcasted again in 1991, during the baseball ''American League'' and ''National League'' playoffs, and during the ''World Series'', and in 1992 for the ''Winter Olympics''.
