Letter about faith and position in the other world

From The Arthur Conan Doyle Encyclopedia

This letter was written by Arthur Conan Doyle on 2 february (between 1907 and 1930).

My Dear Sir

You are very wise to stick to any faith which makes you a better man. It is on the latter point that we are judged. When you enter the other world you will find that no one worries about what you believed. But what your character is decides your position there.

Yours sincerely

A Conan Doyle.
