Dear Sir,

Very many thanks for the Linka [1] which has just arrived. I have sent to England for my clubs and am looking forward with great interest to trying it. As far as I can see at present it promises very well and I shall not fail to speak of it to my friends.

Yours truly

A. Conan Doyle
