This letter was written by Arthur Conan Doyle on 24 may 1930 to Harry Price about a list he received from the latter with names to send prospectus about turning The Psychic Bookshop into a company.

24th May, 1930

My dear Price,

Many thanks for you little list. It will be most useful. I will see that a prospectus is sent to you. Also a picture (!).

With decent luck the place will pay its way soon. It is the very heavy rent which rates comes to £750 which has held it back.

With best wishes,

Yours sincerely,

A. Conan Doyle
