This letter was written by Arthur Conan Doyle on 25 september 1896 from Greyswood Beeches, Haslemere, to the Byron Society.

Letter

Dear Sir

I wrote before addressing to the Secretary of the Byron Society but my letter was returned.

I enclose a cheque and should always be happy to help in any way. Such a cause is one for which a man might be proud to speak, write, subscribe or fight.

Yours faithfully
A. Conan Doyle
