Michael Pennington as Sherlock Holmes in TV movie The Return of Sherlock Holmes (1987)

Michael Pennington (born 7 june 1943) is a British actor known for his role as Moff Jerjerrod, the officer commanding the ship Death Star in the movie Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi. In 1987, he played a cryogenic Sherlock Holmes who wakes up in the twentieth century in the TV movie: The Return of Sherlock Holmes with Margaret Colin as Jane Watson, a descendant of the original Dr. Watson. Pennington has also lent his voice to Moriarty in the radio series with Clive Merrison.
