Mysterious Spirit Photograph

Sunday Pictorial (13 july 1919, p. 8-9)

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle was greatly photographed at the Crewe Spiritual Circle, with curious results. He states that an additional face, resembling that of his dead son, appeared on the plate after development. While holding no brief for Spiritualism, the Sunday Pictorial has secured the photograph for publication, together with Sir Arthur's statement of the facts. (Sunday Pictorial exclusive.)
