Ned Sutherland was the uncle of Mary Sutherland.


  • Mary Sutherland received, from his uncle Ned in Auckland, a New Zealand Stock, paying 4 1/2 per cent. Two thousand five hundred pounds was the amount, but she could only touch the interest. (IDEN, 72)
