[[Sir Arthur Conan Doyle]] writes to the "[[The Times|Times]]" that he has received an offer of £200 from Mr. Joseph Knapp, of New York, towards teh translation and printing of President Wilson's speech to be distributed by aeroplane behind the German lines.

The suggestion is a trifle late. The idea was carried out most effectively within forty-height hours of the delivery of the speech.
