This match was played on the Pavilion Grounds on Saturday last, and resulted in a decisive victory for the home team. The visitors batted first, but were all out for 48, Hallam and Doyle bowling unchanged throughout, the latter obtaining six wickets for 19 runs, and the latter three for 29. The feature of the Norwood innings was a fine batting performance of A. P. Roe, who, going in first, carried his bat for 113, only giving one chance, and that after he had scored 102. Lee and Doyle both played well for their runs, the former getting has 40 under half-an-hour. Score:—
