Oscar Edward Cesare (7 october 1883 - 25 july 1948) was a Swedish-born American caricaturist, painter, draftsman and editorial cartoonist.

In 1922, he did a portrait of Arthur Conan Doyle, published in The New York Times in the Horace Green's article : An Open Letter to Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
