Paul Chapman (born in 1939) is a British actor who played 3 roles (Captain Anson / Sir Reginald Hardy / Ernley Blackwell) in 1972 in the radio play Conan Doyle Investigates with Carleton Hobbs as Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. In 1977 he played McCloud in the parodic TV movie The Strange Case of the End of Civilization as We Know It with John Cleese as Arthur Sherlock-Holmes. And in 1984 he played Major Murphy in the episode The Crooked Man of the TV series Sherlock Holmes with Jeremy Brett as Sherlock Holmes.
