Pursuit to Algiers (1945)

Pursuit to Algiers is an American movie released on 26 october 1945, produced by Universal Pictures, starring Basil Rathbone as Sherlock Holmes and Nigel Bruce as Dr. Watson. 65 min. This is the 12th sherlockian movie in the Rathbone series.

Holmes and Watson on a transatlantic ocean liner escorting Nikolas, heir to a foreign throne. Also on board are a number of assassins, plotting against their sovereign.
