Robert George Talbot Kelly (1861–1934) was a British orientalist landscape and genre painter, author and illustrator. Kelly was born in Birkenhead, Cheshire, the son of Irish landscape artist Robert George Kelly.

In 1914, he did 6 illustrations for Arthur Conan Doyle's short story The Début of Bimbashi Joyce published in The Princess Mary's Gift Book in november 1914.
