The Exploits of Sherlock Holmes (1954)

The Exploits of Sherlock Holmes is a collection of 12 short stories, Sherlock Holmes pastiches, written by Adrian Conan Doyle and John Dickson Carr published in 1954 by John Murray. The stories were originally published in LIFE Magazine in december 1952 for the first one, and in Collier's between may and october 1953 for the eleventh others. All illustrated by Adolf Hallman.

The first six were co-written by the two authors, and the six last only by Adrian Conan Doyle only as John Dickson Carr was ill.

In LIFE Magazine, an article titled How Holmes Was Reborn: A Unique Literary Partnership Engineered His Second Return, written by Herbert Brean, followed the story and explained the partnership of Adrian and Carr.

It has also been published as The New Exploits of Sherlock Holmes in 1954-1956 by Ace Books.
