William Barnes Wollen (1857-1936) was a British painter and illustrator. He worked for The Illustrated London News and The Strand Magazine and other magazines.

Between 1894 and 1916, he did 159 illustrations for Arthur Conan Doyle's fictions and essays.

He signed W. B. Wollen.
