Percy Standing (26 october 1882 - 17 september 1950) was a British actor who played Professor Moriarty in the silent movie The Final Problem in 1923 with Eille Norwood as Sherlock Holmes and Hubert Willis as Dr. Watson. The same year, he also played Stephen Belmont in the silent movie Fires of Fate (an adaptation of the Conan Doyle's novel The Tragedy of the Korosko).
