Two distinguished men who are most hearty advocates of Mr. Sandow's methods of health culture without medicine. The former was recently treated by Mr. Sandow, and writes: "I am much improved in health and spirits; I feel like a young man once more — my age is sixty-two." Whilst Sir Arthur Conan Doyle has said of Mr. Sandow: "Few men have done more for this country during this generation than Mr. Sandow."
