Lyrics

Original lyrics Translation
Hogy én detektiv vagyok, azt látja, ki nem vak.
Reszket tőlem a csibész és a sőtét alak.
Ismer London és Chicágó, Kispest soroksár.
Sherlok Hochmec dicsősége világot be jár!
Sherlok Hochmec Detektivek királya.
Sherlok Hochmec!
E földön nincsen párja!
Jaj, csirkások!
Mivár ti rátok?
Hajön Sherlok Hochmec.
Ti nektek kampec!
That I'm a detective — anyone not blind can see.
Rascals and shady types all tremble before me.
London and Chicago know me — Kispest, Soroksár too; [1]
Sherlok Hochmec's glory circles the world through!
Sherlok Hochmec, the king of detectives.
Sherlok Hochmec!
On this earth he has no equal!
Oh, you chicken thieves!
What awaits you now?
When Sherlok Hochmec comes,
for you — it's kaput!
