Bill Paterson (born on 3 june 1945) is a Scottish actor who played Dr. Watson in 2007 in the TV movie Sherlock Holmes and the Baker Street Irregulars with Jonathan Pryce as Sherlock Holmes. In 2018, he played Sir Arthur Conan Doyle in episode Agatha Christie of the TV series Urban Myhts.
