Inspector Bradstreet (Granada series)

• Inspector of Scotland Yard (BLUE 153).

Description

• His office was in Bow Street, E Division (TWIS 432).

• He also worked in B Division (BLUE 153).

• He was tall and stout, in a peaked cap and frogged jacket (TWIS 436).

Career

• During summer 1889, at Eyford, he investigated with Holmes on the Hatherley case. He was in Scotland Yard at this time (ENGR 411).

• He was on the Blue carbuncle case when he was in B Division. He wrongly arrested John Horner (BLUE 153).

Relationship with Holmes

• He congratulated Holmes: « I am sure, Mr Holmes, that we are very much indebted to you for having cleared the matter up. » (TWIS 569).
